About Us

We invite you to spend your holiday in apartments Family House which are situated in a calm place, further from the noisy town centre, on the bank of the river Nemunas.

You can reach the centre of the city on foot through the forest on 20 minutes, the Snow Arena is located 2.8 km away, sports stadium with football and basketball courts can be reached within 100 m while the biggest Lithuanian river Nemunas is 50 m away.

Guests benefit from a patio, terrace and a barbecue facilities.

Smaller guests can relax in children’s playground, we offer various games and different kind of toys. Other facilities at Family house include a sauna and bicycle rent.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

We speak in lithuanian, russian and english. Guests are welcome from 14 p.m. 24 hours a day.

If there is a possibility, you can stay longer under the prior arrangement.

The services may be settled in cash (preferably) or using bank cards.

Pets are allowed with prior arrangement and for additional payment.

Car parking is in the street in front of the hotel.

Wi-fi is free of charge and works in all the territory.

We save valuable belongings left in our hotel for one year.

For your convenience, we offer patio, barbeque and BBQ facilities free of charge.

Please be so kind and smoke only in the balconies and in the yard.

Please respect your neighbor's right to have rest. If your neighbors are noisy during the quiet hours (22:00-09:00), please inform us.

Please lock the main door of the building in the evening and leave the keys in the door of the room when you are checking-out.

Rooms are cleaned under the prior arrangement, but not often than every 5 days.
